These terms cover your use of the Mean Heng website, online ordering, and table booking.
Menu, pricing, and availability
Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice and may differ from what's shown if an item runs out.
Orders
Placing an order online is a request, not a guaranteed confirmation — orders are confirmed by the restaurant and may be adjusted or declined (for example, if an item becomes unavailable).
Payment
Online payment is not currently processed through this site. Accepted payment methods are cash, payment at the restaurant, and cash on delivery.
Bookings
Table bookings submitted online are requests and are confirmed directly by the restaurant by phone.
